Handmade from eco resin and sealed so it can be outdoors for years to come. Can be hung on a nail with loop at the back or attached to the wall with fixings (two holes will be pre drilled in to the plaque for you) 

The plaque can made to say pretty much anything you would like. For example house name, your name and occupation, beware of the cats :), don't summon demons in the bathroom.. The text font will become smaller the more text added.
